You don't have a digital performance problem. You have a clarity problem.
The systems, the dashboards, the AI, the whole team. All in place, and still no clear read on where growth is going, or why. That gap, between the data and the decision, is where revenue quietly leaks in the P&L. I'm Rudy Galera, and turning that chaos into a system you can steer is the whole job.

Clarity means knowing what to fund, what to stop, and what to tell the board. A nicer dashboard is none of those things.
Reporting multiplies. Tools stack up. AI adds noise faster than insight. My work runs the other way: strip it back until the whole system is legible enough to act on in a sentence, not a workshop.
How the chaos becomes clarity.
See the whole system
Growth, lifecycle, retail media, attribution, mapped as one connected engine with a line from every part to revenue. Not twelve reports that never quite agree.
Find the constraint
Most performance is capped by a few key bottlenecks. I find them, put a number on what fixing them is worth, and an equally honest number on what we stop funding while we do.
Make it move
AI wired into the operating engine with measured output, not pilots. A team that ships. The plan becomes weekly, compounding progress against a position you can defend a year out.
Fifteen years.Forty-plus countries.
I've built digital growth from every side of the table: my own venture's P&L, the agency floor, and the senior side of a global FMCG multinational. Along the way, $5M in incremental revenue with optimized media strategy, 3x ROAS held at scale, an e-commerce line grown 300% in a year. Different economics, same recurring problem: more data than anyone can act on, and no shared read on what actually moves the number.
I speak both languages. Systems and signals with the tech team. Growth, margin and risk with the board. One plan, in P&L terms, for this quarter and the three years after it.
And because a plan only compounds if people can run it without me, I coach the teams until the capability stays in the building.

Wait. Your team can explain every metric except the one that should change your next board slide?
That space between the data and the decision is where I work. Tooling rarely causes it, and tooling never fixes it. Clarity does.
